Class-exclusive deployable box side steps are available on all cab configurations and makes accessing the truck a little easier.

The Smart Pickup Box features an available flexible and configurable BoxLink™ system. LED box lights make working after dark possible. Stowable loading ramps and a remote tailgate release allow you to easily load and unload cargo.

Aluminum-alloy body

The military-grade, aluminum-alloy and high-strength body of the new Ford F-150 is a unique feature to the full-size pickup class.* In order to create a durable, yet lightweight frame, the aluminum alloy goes through a heat-treating process. Working with aluminum alloy results in increased thickness that improves strength without adding any weight.

Thanks to the aluminum-alloy body, the Ford F-150 boasts a higher power-to-weight ratio.* The aluminum-alloy body also offers higher dent resistance than a standard steel body.
